I add this lines before <appSettings> in istagui.exe.config:

Db files:

2016-02-09 14:12 8 659 304 448 streamdataprimitive_OTHER.sqlite
2016-02-09 14:31 5 909 151 744 xmlvalueprimitive_ENGB.sqlite
2016-02-09 14:16 925 204 480 xmlvalueprimitive_OTHER.sqlite

Make sure you right click on the .rar file go to properties and under general click unlock and then apply. This what I had to do to fix the error.

Installed rheingold 3.54.11 with database 3.54.12 every things OK but no pictures in documents only small windows.
Previous rheingold was OK.

Everything seems to start fine but when ISTA starts its saying the DB's are incompatible with this version. But when I check the DB version they are all correct. If I click the X to close the box ISTA works. Any Idea on what would cause this ?

Fixed.
No russian in users name on PC.
If you have russian DB in folder SQLite DBs pictures are shown.
