On my car it also didn't work at first . Try to activate in green menu WLAN, so that you can see password filled. Now Mac adress is available. Leave green Menü and insert SD with activation Script. Mmi then will Reboot within a minute.

Maps 6.22.4 and firmware 900 updated the the following:
Emergency Update with the same firmware.
Install the firmware 900
Install the map
Activate the map
I removed the error code "03623 - Invalid Security / release Code" script https://mega.nz/#!KUN3AR7a!V_CYSLtSK_DTA...62ecVowmJQ
Re-Install the firmware 900
and finally error code 03276 PLEASE CHECK SOFTWARE VERSION MANAGEMENT according to the instructions (Version 1.5)
everything works and is not an error code at all.

To remove the fault 03623 must be used script ,but this script is removing existing FSC ,so afterwords there is no FSC's ?

You don't have to use an script, as pointed by hornet:

To close the 03623 fault after upgrade the map, try this method :

Go to green menu
Search and select "dtc" line and click with the MMI button,
Search and select "control" line,
On the line "search dtc", search the 73 number and valid
Go to the next line "Send test passed" and click with the MMI button
Exit the green menu.

You have reset the 03623 fault.

I have tried this method with a 3GP gps and 6.22 maps, and there is no fault in the 5F ecu.

The DTC method is not working for everyone with EU Maps, after a mmi reboot the 03623 fault entry is back, tried it by myself an this is also confirmed by "keldo"

Using the fsc removal script is the cleanest solution.

I am installing the new firmware on the previous HNav_EU_K0257_6_D1 HNav_EU_K0257_5_D1 .
after the software has finished reading the info version stops ..
It appears an inscription that indicates where it was impossible to read the info version% 2 .
and it makes me stop everything and I can not go ..

LOL! thanks to a modded script sent by Sander77 i've comparing with the original script and:

The MAC and XCODE it's really useless, just work like a serial number for the script, the original author made a basic protection for try to "prevent" that users can share the script, the 1984 number can be the year of born of author (i think).

There are a version of the script that not need the xcode anymore, i'm modifying also the script for only use:

00040009.fsc
copie_scr.sh

And it should work with future versions of map/firmware if audi don't change the protection, you only have to put the right fsc with copie_scr.sh

I don't know if the script can be executed without compile it, i have to search the tool for compile it yet.

Also in my research, I've found that the script also removes all FSC from your MMI with the command:

So if you want to save your olds FSC better make an backup first.

Wait untill mmi is fully booted, 3 minutes. Now press sd in slot 1 with the activation at the root of the sd card. Wait 40 seconds until the sound stops and your mmi reboots itself. Make sure your wifi is on
