Activator has VIN inside isn't this vin used for traffic then instead of car original one?

I´ve a suscription based on my cars VIN until feb or march 2017, so all I wanted was to keep it running. And It does with this patch.

So after update to K0900 your traffic online does'nt work ?

In my case it's working fine. My own VIN number is on MMI and Audi Connect and traffic online available!

Hi all
I have preparing myself for the upgrade by reading the v.1.6 instructions several times. I have also begun to download some of the tools. But something are not right.

Following the first page on this thread, I can download the Maps from here:

However - when I compare the folder structure/names on above mirror, it is very different from the example in the instructions page 13. So right now, it is unclear to me where I get the maps from.

Am I doing anything wrong?

Hello, all.

Thanks to this forum, I could update my 3G High (Audi A4 allaroad 2011), to MAP 6.22.4 and activated it.
I use Activation_6.22.4 Hnav K_0257 EU for activation.

Only error I got is 03276 error, but thanks to the V1.6 manual, error was cleared by VCDS very easily.

Does anybody know what is the difference in the new K925 update that was mentioned few post back and if will bi possible to update later form K900 and still have maps 2016 enabeled?

And another question about K900. Can anybody try to play FLAC file?? I have some infos, that with K900 there is additional FLAC support, that all new facelifted audis have. So Bose and B&O speakers will finally play like they are ment to play music.

urgi if you do not have traffic online enebeled you can try to enebeld it by doing modification in vcds:

[Select]
[5F - Information Electr.]
[Adaptation - 10]
Select Channel 69 and Read
change the value from 8 to 32768 then Test then Save
Reboot the MMI (Press MENU, central MMI knob and top right softkey)

Then when you go into the list of sources in INFO>SETTINGS, you will now have the additional items of “Online Traffic Data” and “Online Traffic Data License”.

I read that you will get 3 year free subscription but I can not conform this since I do not have audi connect

All people stop deleting navigation partition as @audia4 already said, it's not needed.

Google Maps is installed on /mnt/nav which is why all who delete nav partition have no google maps until they install K0900 2nd time

No Flac support in K900 @ pre-facelift.

A question - does it matter where the map are downloaded from? Is there tampered with the maps, so they are matched with a activator?
