Did you follow all the steps in order? Uninstall Xentry and Reinstall Xentry all over again. That fixed my issue.

I'm still looking for the blacklist file. If anyone has it, please upload it.

Which connection do you show above ?
Wired RJ45 to SDConnect ??? or
Wireless connection of your PC to your shop's router ???

Remove the gateway, and all DNS #s.
Leave the spaces empty, everything below the subnet mask is empty.

Try communications like that, U may just find it work....
