Can you not also do this job with Esys? Im pretty sure it has "fstool" integrated?

Under FSC extended you can choose the job checkfsc and then enter

App number: 0x1B
Upgrade index: 0x01 and then start job.

I have a similar problem, retrofitted CIC activated probably by script+foreign VIN.

The car was a 06/10 build (almost one of the first F10s) so I had to replace ZGW and reflashed and updated all ECUs.

Of course after flashing HU_CIC I have lost all navigation functions. (I do have a clone of the CIC HDD from before the upgrade).

Now trying to figure out how to either re-script activate it or activate it properly using my own VIN and as I see you could probably help.
