I try install Audi db again and was the same situation - installer ask for file "saz.a.#graphics.cab", so i searched for it in install directory and found "saz.a._graphics.cab"!
After rename "_" to "#" everything went smooth. Strange but working for me

In installer directory "7.Base_02.2016" find file "saz.a._graphics.cab", rename it to "saz.a.#graphics.cab" then start installation again.
