I have insatlled the "OTHER" folder now and it seems that ISTA_D is running without any issues now - thanks a lot!

However - this issue is solved.
Now I need to install my Maxdia ENET Adapter. If I understood correctly I need to use iTool Radar to find the IP when the ENET Adapter is connected to the car via OBD port and to my PC via Ethernet cable. BUT iTool Radar is not in the tools folder and I do not find a working download link.

Can you provide a link that is working or is there any other solution to setup my Maxdia ENET Adapter for Ista-D?

Have a look at the picture. Are there any OTHER(hint hint) databases missing from your list that are in there

U must unpack OTHER db too it's necessarily.
I gave U a picture. I use only Russian db but OTHER must be too.
In my FAQ I wrote that OTHER db needs to be installed too, with any language.
Must be:
