RE: Ultimate ediabas voltage control
Hi, I think you misunderstood instructions. In your case you still need to put NodeEdiabasVoltageControlDll.dll renamed to obd32.dll even for ISTA+. NodeISTAVoltageControl.dll has to be put additionally with its original name to the same folder.

RE: Ultimate Ediabas/ISTA+ voltage control V2
Maybe this is not the right place to ask, but in my opinion, this would be useful for all K+DCAN users. So here it is:
Could any of the "electronics wizards" pinpoint the component which is responsible for detecting clamp states in K_DCAN interface ? Is it a matter of circuitry, components or both which makes the difference between a detecting and a non-detecting interface ? Or, to make the story short, which interface/variant should we look for to be able to benefit from this new feature ? P.S. Node, please forgive me for polluting your thread. Yet, I thought this is somehow related... |

RE: Ultimate Ediabas/ISTA+ voltage control V2
Well, maybe someone knows schematic of K+DCAN cables better, but from general electronics I would not expect any special components for that. One or two resistors connected to OBD pin 1 and going to FTDI chip (or whatever happens to be on them) is enough in principle for that.

Do you have a diagram of the interface Ediabas / Hardware / OBD
in older versions Ediabas is also ADS is shown a diagram of the detection and voltage at KL15 and Kl30 The USB is similarly only a mediator is FDTI Chemat alone in Ediabas is quite complicated, of course, are big simplify, KL15 simplified option for KKL VAG USB ![]() ![]() Of course, it is different DCAN KL15 is detected by Atmegi lined DCAN but the interface K-DCAN, K-Line has the same structure with pin 1 OBD2 KL15 is the voltage of the DSR (Pin6) (STD: OBD ADS) (RS232, FDTI) Kl30 with RI (Pin9) Sory for poor English |
