BMW ISTA-P 3.60.3 programming info
Partial Programming
Please be aware of introduction of partial programming with ISTA 4.03.2x , ISTA/P 3.60.3! Benefit: For certain series it is possible to perform the software update without infotainment control units. The infotainment control units include: - Navigation system / radio / Rear Seat Entertainment - Central information display / iDrive - Audio amplifier / CD changer / DVD changer - Telephone control units - Night Vision and TRSVC After the start of the session a dialogue appears with the selection of the desired programming mode: 1. Full programming - all control units are updated 2. Partial programming - all except the infotainment control units are updated. In the case of partial programming, all control units that are not updated are marked with a grey dot in the control unit tree. Vehicles: R55, R56, R57, R58, R59, R60, R61, E81, E82, E84, E87, E88, E89, E90, E91, E92, E93 - worldwide E70, E71 without M Sport vehicles and without KAFAS - initially in Germany only E60, E61, E63, E64 without M Sport vehicles and without ACC or LDM - initially in Germany only Notes: - If partial programming is selected, not all conversions and retrofittings may be selectable because they concern infotainment control units. - If an infotainment control unit is exchanged, partial programming is not possible. |

RE: BMW ISTA-P 3.60.3 programming info
@All:
I didn't see the partial programming selection by ISTA/P 3.61.1.001,and From ISTA-D 4.04.20 and ISTA/P 3.61.1.001,I found this two version already fixed Fibre-optical modules programming issue in ICOM direct connection mode(HU-H,KOMBI,etc could be programming in this mode).for ISTA/P 3.61.0.500 I was not sure because I'd already updated to newest version,Who can try it by 3.61.0.500.thnx |
