Hello,

I have an A5 with version card 6.15.5
I upgraded firmware without any problems, I installed the mapping, but it took less than 5 minutes, then I activated.

The problem is that now the GPS does not work anymore.
Unable to enter a destination and the version is still on 6.15.5.

I went into the green menu, I erased the mapping, but every time I want to load the new mapping, it only takes 3 minutes.

I remade my SD card to be sure that it worked well and I started again, but I still have the same problem.

this is how I proceed:

Erasing by the green menu
Restart 5minutes
I go to the update menu
I put the sd carto
I do "standard"
This rotates and then "restarts"
Then put me the list of the sd card
I go all the way down and do "continue"
This puts me "cancel the documentation"
Then restart it and I go back on the radio

Does somebody have an idea ?

have you tried to move the car for few kilometers? it happened also to me and after few km the gps started again! let us know

the problem comes from the installation, that is the problem that all the problems begin.

Why mapping takes just a few minutes.

that's my problem.

if I find the solution to this, my GPS will work.

Because mapping can not load so quickly it is impossible.
