The solution to this problem is to be signed in, in the "Administrator" account, not any other name with administrator privileges. In Windows 7, one has to enable that account first. Usually it's not visible. Go to a command prompt, [cmd] type in: net user Administrator /active:yes [hit Enter] Now do a reboot, and U can sign in, in the Administrator account. At this point it has no password. [I assigned one.] Once in that account the Post setup DVD will install now. After U R done with that installation, U can go back to the account U R normally using.
