And I noticed that the voltage KL.15 and Kl.30 are not displayed. No idea what is wrong.

On another laptop, the tension is indicated KL. 15 and Kl. 30, BUT button "Software Update" is grey, unfortunately.

It looks like programming has not been enabled?

As per advice, SDP Package has been installed and ICOM up to date, still
programming unavailable. Cannot be connected to the car (what's mean PAD ?)

Enable PAD means Enable Interface .. So there is a problem with the interface or the Ista Reg Fix file ..

KISWB (ie chassis information).

But what is the difference if the BLP files are present or not, what is different?
Do you need the BLP files to work with Ista, whether with ICOM or other interface?
