In last ISTA 4.9.13 works all VIN's. I tested with my Car from 07.2017.

Open the Reg file with Notepad and add these 2 lines.

"LogisticBaseVersion" = "4.09.20" 
"SWIData" = "4.09.20" 
Reputation: +3 - okolo [+1] , Spirit5676 [+1] , DICKHILL [+1]
