But when I then try on a Bmw e61 there is no problem and I can read out the vehicle. Do anyone know what’s wrong. Is it because pins 7-8 is not connected I have heard something about that but I just want to be safe before I buy one with a switch on. Hope someone can help me Before 03/2007 you need a bridge at pin 7 and pin 8 .. Or the pin7 pin8 connector .. Because of K-Line .. From year 03/2007 it is via Dcan and no Pin7-Pin8 bridge or connector is needed. |

Hope someone can help me Max Diag 2 with Pin7-Pin8 Connector and you can make all Bmw E models (OBD2) from year 2000 to today .. F, G models can be treated with Ista as well since Enet is only needed for encoding. |

RE: ISTA-D 4.09.20 Standalone
I notice that the "Optional equipment" doesn't show anything in this version (the VO), using icom as a connection.

RE: ISTA-D 4.09.20 Standalone
Short question..
How to code Bmw motorcycles, can you encode motorcycles at all? Do you need a K-Dcan interface and ICOM D adapter for Bmw motorcycles, or do you need an ICOM for diagnosis and ABL? Would like to read on a Bmw motorcycle fault memory, make ABL .. |

But, ICOM-D works not on all motorbike, only with most circular connectors. The R1500 series is already plugged in with this circular connector, but still needs additional cable adapter! |

RE: ISTA-D 4.09.20 Standalone
After removing my old ISTA-D and installing this new version, using all the SQ Databases (ENG, GER, OTHER) and using the following fix:
"LogisticBaseVersion" = "4.09.20" "SWIData" = "4.09.20" I am still getting the DSS error (00046632EN) and I cannot readout the VIN manually. You guys any other tips? I did run all the tools updates, including Rcleaner. |
