Does it mean, that ISTA-P 3.64 will not work with e.g. F25? Or it will not work with F25 at all or only from some specific I-level?

ISTA P no longer supports F, G and I cars.
You have to use ISTA 4

replace the psdzdata from ista in istap and work with IBAC code. You can still edit F, G, and I-Series. You can still work with it in expert mode.
