please car not start at all

original file start and goes off
but your file not start and i did not hear the throttle sound when open the ignition.

SERVICE REFUSE CODE 7F1811 SERVICE NOT SUPPORT INEFFECTIVE FORMAT.

If you write all ORI files back to ecu is the ecu still dead ?
