Full is rarely available, at least here. For a clean install you'd need to start way back and get all the different dependencies which should all be available on the forum (and welcome to dependency hell!). If you're missing a particular package, there will be details in the ISTA Console Launcher log file and you'd need to work it through. Understanding the the ISTA XML structure helps too.

The last full I know of is BMW_ISPI_ISTA_FULL-SDP_4.10.13. See attached list of all the files I have accumulated for a clean install starting with 4.10.

The simple option is just wait for Spider80 to release the full torrent package with 4.12 prepared (Standalone, BLP, Data, SDP), or to start from his latest available full torrent and update using the Console Launcher to 4.12.
