I have learnt how to write ISN to CAS2 with just abrites clone and ISN software. Now I need to learn how to do the same for CAS3 especially CAS3 crypto with simple tools. Lots of water damage to DMEs in Kenya and most install used CAS+DME set from breaker yards.

I have Abrites clone, Tango, VVDIProg, KTAG and KESS. I know kess is useless for this kind of thing. I dont mind opening up DMEs since it may be easier to write ISN to DME rather than to CAS3 crypto.

Are there simple programs that can do DMEs like MSD80+CAS crypto? I dont mind paying to be taught how to edit CAS/DME dumps!

If I could also learn to change CAS Vin it would help. I have had to alter Vin in DME,FRM and DSC in cars with used units to eliminate vin related DSC errors

I know Autohex/BMW explorer make this a breeze but would take me 60 jobs/10years to pay back purchase price for such prime tools considering I am not a professional mechanic per se, just a self trained enthusiast
