when you get "low voltage" remove usb cable and replace it again every thing will be ok i have same problem and i solved like that

Version 0475 work fine with Win7

Does anyone know if my china v54 0386 will work in virtual machine with windows 7 x32 in it? Because on my notebook I have windows 10 x64 and I heard there is no chance on win 10.

Yes it works under vmware, but you must add extra command on vmx files to disable some detections.
