or someone have a good idea how to code it properly and syncron (speedo+acc)??

That's not a question at all. Choose any you like, it doesn't matter actually, especially for linear dial.

I don't understand what you mean under "accuracy" in custom dials. It depends on your custom printed dial, obviously
