I get this error in DAS when I try to perform QuickTest. Voltage is read normally.

sasayu1983 I had the VAG version of the VCX nano, I found I was getting the same issue with DAS, I tried this both with wireless and wired connection, granted I found out my drivers needed updated and the update log mentioned about Mercedes drivers, If you look at post 469, i was advised of the update log. Ultimately my VCX nano gave up connecting to my computer and was returned within a month. and as you mentioned all I could read was the voltage, which game me a little hope at the time.
I have since swapped it out for a mongoose JLR cable which i can get working with DAS (i have only tested on 1 car) and it gave me an error, i am relatively new to DAS and Xentry so it could have been something on my part that faulted.

i have got the mongoose JLR cable to work with
- obviously JLR SDD,
- VAG ODIS
-MERCEDES DAS/XENTRY so far.

Just to date anyone trying to use the mongoose JLR cable, I seems to work on some Mercedes, I'm having an issue connecting to a 220.175 s-class, I suspect the car may be too old for the drivers as I get the multiplex failed, diagnostic system data sectors are incomplete or faulty.

What I also use if it helps anyone is drewtech's j2534 toolbox it's can show what protocols are supported and I found that on this vehicle that the only protocol that is active is ISO9141 but not supported by VIN

@peter_pan, try to update driver for device manualy, click right button of the mouse on the device and choose driver from the Program files(x86)\Softing\EdicDriver\win7
