finished making my harness clean and simple. using all oem connectors, i can make cas2/3 keys, read DME ISN, test keys, test kombi

tested with CGDI and MULTI TOOL, INPA, ISTA, NCSEXPERT. works good, and makes making keys a whole lot easier on bench. made a few keys already, im using with a ELV emulator for CAS that require elv and had no issues, also downgraded CAS with cgdi no issues so far.

hello my bench too working good etc i updated schematics in older post because there was some mistakes, but now without dme/dde connection could you share what i need to connect harness for ecu?
is supply for + - ,wkp, and pt can enough?Do i need connect 2 wires to cas?If i want connect dde wiring what about dde relay?

What JBBFE you used with that setup? 
Mine as above uses the black plug also for kombi and yours looks a lot more tidy without it.

Finally got it working! My mistake was that i had two cables to blue connector instead of black connector. Used ista's CAS pinout that pointed me to connector X140271 not X140272. Now it works!

My installation also works 100%. Previously I had no ignition. I changed the CAS + key and added the ELV emulator. Now everything works as it should. Looks like I made the key wrong with the previous CAS. It's still possible to connect the FRM and up-set the installation, because at first sight it looks chaotic.

Also i update post succesfully added wiring for ecu , i used few signals for cas , pt can , wake up to b+, ofcourse + - its all very simple everything you can check in newtis by ecu type

Ignition is my problem but with OBD. My obd does not have pin 1!! I have had to loop it from a wire with 12v from cas. Secondly I notice it goes to sleep after a few minutes UNLESS there is activity at the OBD or connection from INPA, ISTA or whatever.

If I can get around that I will be happier. Now I want to add a DME and cluster, then FRM.

I used universal female OBD 2 connector. It has all 16 pins. You can use the ones you need.
