Make sure you're NOT using the activator in the map download as that is for 3gHigh. You need to use the activator 3GP / 3G Plus.

Have you tried to re download the activator incase the file is corrupt?

I had he same issue, make sure when you download the activator or script, your antivirus does not delete any file.
Even when you unrar, if your antivirus will detect something suspicious it will delete it and then activation won`t work.

Erase the map and partition (see manual)
Reinstall the map
Reinstall firmware
Should work

If necessary, reactivate

Not necessary to update firmware, update only map and that's it!
