the truth is that I paid for the file, I have an auto repair shop and the guy usually makes me some files for the customers' cars. but twice that some customers feel the odd car with their files. I asked him to make one to try out on my e46, which is this, I noticed the car a bit more loose at low rpm, but for the rest I did not notice any improvements.

what does this even mean?

if you have a tuner that you are not happy with then change tuner, especially if its not first time you have had issue

thing is people just tend to go with the cheapest they can find that 'sounds trustworthy' only after using them a few times you can you make your own decision
