This is the speed of arrow. The higher is value the slower is arrow (not in a test).

It is quite easy to use .....

1. Backup data
   
2. Set new values
   
3. Test it (into car or on bench) with Tool32, INPA etc.
   
4. Correct values if do not match

I have a E90 but have fitted larger tyres. Because of this the safety factor on the speedo is gone. When i am doing 70mph on GPS and speedo is showing 70.

I want to add a safety factor again. I presume I can do it with this software tool?
