Hello after hours i want to share with you ETKA 8.1  Hardlock error DLL.2.00 Fehler 7 error fix
Just run Etka with windows xp compatibility mode without administrator rights.
For registration problem 
just ad ranusdate file  to c/ etka dir/international folder
Run the file 
in the aplikation browse and choose EtL.dr8x
In date/time set to previus time. If etka is 2018-10 set the time to that day
[b]After creat desktop shortcut with name etka 8.1 or everything you want[/b]
[b]Run everytime  the aplication from new desktop shortcut and registration and updates will work.[/b]

Hello, I have problem to run etka 8.1 on 64bit ( no problem on 32 bit ).
After completing the installation I run the Emulator for 64bit system as indicated ( enable test mode and complete emulator installation ).
Then after restarting I try to run etka but I got the message " Hardlock error DLL.2.00 Fehler 14".

Have tried to disinstall and reinstall Etka but no way to get it work.
My sys is Win7 Home Premium 64 bit.

Anyone can help me ? Thanks

In Etka shortcut right click and check only with windows xp SP3 compatible.DO NOT CHECK ADMINISTRATION RIGHTS

WIN7_KB3033929-64 update and netframework

I have checked and the KB 3033929 was already installed. I have installed framework 4.7.2 but still same problem. I have also tried to change date to Oct 18 but no success.

I have thie DLL 2.0 fehler 7 error
but do not have c:/etka dir/international folder
 or
Etl.dr8x

any ideas

for those who can't install Windows6.1-KB3033929-x64.msu

Here is my solution for you.

Extraxct the Windows6.1-KB3033929-x64.msu file with 7zip
inside the extracted folder, you will find the Windows6.1-KB3033929-x64.cab file.

now open cmd and type this

pkgmgr.exe /ip /m:Windows6.1-KB3033929-x64.cab

wait a few minutes till update is done.

Now you can use the x64 emulater.

Windows6.1-KB3033929-x64 it's ok ?

Go to C:\ETKA\PROG\VIII\hardlock and run hardlock.exe

If you have downloading ETKA8.1_2019 go to folder X64 Emulator and run this.

For me It's OK ETKA RUN ^^
