i am asking Paul @ Esysx to give me an update.

He asked me about my Lisence, I really can't remember if i got it or not.

was it automatic Lisence Activator with Ispi ?

and i am planning to re-format my laptop. Do i need that lisence to re install Esysx ?

For update you must tell him only the letters from the installion file you have got from him.With this letters he can find your license and send you new installation file.
Letters look like that  (9-01234)

Or click on the restore ispi client, than the "?" and you see in the right corner the letters

And if you have new file, uninstall old one, than install new one, license will stay active.If you have problems click on support and reactivate license , that will activate it again if its not activatet, same as you do when you get the file first time

try this:

Right click on e-sys.exe in the propriety menu set the compatibility on windows 7 and start it as administrator user.

I already had contact with Paul (EsysX creator)! He usually responds within 24. About 1 week ago, he told me that he would soon be freezing. I would wait a moment.
