I am very sorry to ask this and I am also not sure if this is the right place to ask for support but I need some help with starting EPC and WIS. Please tell me if I should ask my question somewhere else.
I downloaded the files from this post: https://cartechnology.co.uk/showthread.p...18&page=12 and followed up the read me fist and installed the ewa admin tool. No problems so far. Then I asked for the keys, which I have filled in so I could instal both the EPC and WIS data base. After a successful installation I opened the “untitled” pdf file and looked for the Price List v72 (1.2018) DE.txt in the ewa_pricelist folder installed on my laptop. Unfortunately this map is empty so I cannot follow up this manual . I then have been looking in the installation folder for an executer to start or open EPC/WIS, but it’s not there. Furthermore, I have changed the parameters inside the um_cfg. xml and opened java control panel (according to the last part of the “untitled” pdf). Here I noticed only EPC is shown. I installed the shortcut and tried to run EPC. Then I get the message “unable to launch the application”. I also have been searching on the forum for a solution to my problem, or to find out what I am doing wrong. But I cannot find the solution.
Who can and wants help me?

I figured it out .
Maybe others are discovering the same problem as I had, therefore I share what I did to solve it.
The easiest way to do this is to follow this instruction: https://cartechnology.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=50062

Another way of solving the problem is to go to (after succesful installation of the software) "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\EWA" and open the "Server Documentation" then open the internet link "index". Press your prefferd langauge and navigate to "EWA - Readme". In the content section press "2. Installation Description" and then in secition 1.2 "Installation Description press the first link "1. check the system requirements using the operation documentation". Here navigate to section "7. Installation" and follow the instructions. An important part is that you log in to the EWA website, with the login information given in this section, and that you then follow the instructions from the torrent “untitled” pdf file.
