thank you for confirming. Disappointing to learn this is the case. I was hoping to get a quality & reliable tool for Xentry at a reasonable cost. C4 clone is susceptible to failures or lockout from software.

Some people had good opinions of Allscanner - looks like buyer beware

 Really bad device, dont buy this crap. i have 2 interfaces blown cips inside.

  No support, if something happen to device the Seller dont answer anymore.

  I have 2 devices with cips blown inside, one f..t up ABS SBC mercedes e class

write down part number of a chip with use of microscope or magnifying glass and just google for a chip, buy it, re-solder it, try if it will work for you
