Is there a sequence in which the files (eeprom, flash, tc) have to be written into the ECU?
First... Second... Third... There is a difference between the two EEPROM files ("eeprom ready to flash_enc" and "audi eeprom mod ok"), is there something importent different or just the kind of "method"? |

Your's new ECU has a Component Protection, did you remove protection?

No, I havent't known that the new one has a component protection but these type of protection can only be removed by your vw/audi dealer, that is my information on this "topic". I will check that and give feedback. Hi guys,
few minutes ago I mounted the new ECU in my car but it only ran about 2 seconds.  I did a VCDS diagnostics and I got 2 errors in ECU and 1 error in the immo Would be nice when somone could help me out. Here is the VCDS log.... Thanks in advance! |
