Extracted from ISTA version 4.17.13.

Ignore.  It is a leftover file from 2 versions ago.  I-Step Folder names tell you all you need to know, that it is in fact 4.18.14.

Can anyone shed light on this, i am trying to download via torrent and it is downloading at 2mb/s compared to 10mb when downloading other files such as ISTA. is there a new full psdzdata torrent anyone can link?
