Stupid question perhaps.  That is a PATA drive rather than a SATA one?

A SATA drive won't fit, it has to be 44 pin PATA/IDE.

I have adapter, a lot of people has change HDD with SSD but my question was is it cloned good or bad?

It's good.

A few years ago I played around with putting an SSD in my CIC and even expanding the music partition.  I settled on a PATA drive as the adapters for SATA never let the drive work properly.  I hope your's does.

HI everyone!
somebody know why it could be?
takes bmw f10 c954952 cic
but from previous owner not remain hdd, so navy doesn't work,
okay, i found hdd, write on it clone, take it to car, it see hdd, but  couldn't display free space and couldn't make an erase.

please, help me, if it possible)
