Hi Raffi. This is not the correct code also got this when i opened the dump with fvdi. I however managed to retrieve the pin via obd using fvdi k line cluster option, i than left the ignition on for 1 hour and learnt the new key successfully and the security light is off. 

But car is not starting, apparently it was at a vw dealership last month and they could not add a new key. I scaned fir faults using vcds and only fault ecu is engine start blocked by immobilizer. I investigated further and noticed that vin seems to be earased there is only a string of xxxxxxxxx. Any idea how to readapt this ecu? Could the dealer have virginised the ecu or corrupted the dump?

With vcds , select engine
Instrument 17 i think
Read keep it on 00 chanel
Test , save turn ivn off for 15 second
Then try to start

Hi, Raffi managed to start the car procedure followed:
VCDS, engine contole module - adaption - channel 50 - entered the cluster pin in the new values field tested and saved.
