• Update VI. Fix "WIS is not available on this system" error when click F6 in DAS ver 1.1 for 2019-09 (thanks Avandgarde for the information)
  purpose:if you click F6 in DAS then you get "WIS is not available on this system" error, you have to apply this fix to get the help documents in wis

Amendment F6 is effective from Xentry Diagnostis 9/2019 and WIS 7/2019

I have Xentry 3/2019 Installed and WIS 1/2019 and when I use the old fix, for until 7/2019 I get the Error that xwsapi.exe could not be found, and when I use the new fix which was posted today, I get the error that WIS is not installed on the Computer.

Does Anybody know a Solution maybe? I tried to open the .s File and .cnt Files and look a bit for myself, but they seem to be encrypted with something

In the old patch, it didn't work on my Xentry 05.2019 with WIS 03.2019, I pass you my own patch and try it:

It is for the x64 version, if you use x32 change the program files folder. With WIS launched when you press F6 and want to access a document you will get another screen in German, press F2 again.

Thanks for your help, but unfortunately your patch didnt work for me, I had WIS opened in the Background and tried out with SIMDAS, but again I get the screen that WIS is not Available/Installed on the System

Have you tried through Xentry sim? By directly launching DASsim, I think I remember that it didn't work.

Just an observation, xentry sim and xentry diag on a car are very very slow with the new scn fix.
With the original file xentry sim and xentry diag are fast.
