Hi,

I try to recalibrate active steering due to steeringwheel not straight when driving straight ahead.

I do start-up active steering in ISTA.
After that, car wheels and steering wheel was straight. But when I go to test drive nothing changes - when driving straight, steering wheel was move few deegres to the right.
AS wiring was check and is OK.

What can I check next?

Do calibration again, when it will ask for steering wheel straight, move it a bit left to compensate the diference.

Are you sure there is no mechanical fault? Like mismatching tires, wrong suspension alignment, brakes not releasing properly, etc

I will check tires when car back to me. Everything else seems to be OK.

obviously its mechanical part, u can calibrate infinite times dude, but if there are mechanical problems, it wont work

Check out the lower joint assy. I had problem with that in E92 and after replacement, steering wheel is completly straight.

Had a similar issue with an E90. If you are sure all mechanicals ok and wheels are aligned physically then go on the road and drive straight a few meters. Note position of steering wheel that enable you to drive straight. Calibrate steering with this position as centre position. Drive on again and check if it is better. Did it this way and I got perfect alignment. I still cant explain why though
