F11 5AG coding issues
Hi

I have retrofitted 5AG option to my BMW F11 (04/2012). I have fitted vibration motor, high mirrors, fitted control panel on the dash, replaced ZGW to HIGH version and installed two radars (master and slave) behind rear bumper. All wired and coded. Tested vibration, control panel on the dash and mirrors triangle via ISTA/D all working fine. HC2 modules showing in e-sys (after opening FlexRay port via Tool32). Problem I’m having is that I cannot inject CAFD in to HC2 module. "Detect CAF for SWE” option generates error message (see picture attached ). I was trying with PsdzData 4.18.32 Lite with e-sys 3.30.1 + Launcher PRO v 2.8.1 and e-sys 3.27.1 + Launcher PRO v 2.8.1. No luck the same error message.

Thanks

Calculate TAL and Flash it if you can't Detect CAFD.

RE: F11 5AG coding issues
For injection and flashing, do without launcher.

Try with E-sys 3.33.4.

For flashing, 'does not match expected SGBMIDs' means you selected incorrect I-Step shipment.

RE: F11 5AG coding issues
Correct, you need to select correct I-step shipment.
You have used modules, so it's shippment level can be different then yours car.
If you know details aboute car from with you buy modules it will be simple.
If you dont know, u need to try select every I-step shippment, calculate and see if all files are black near HC2, if red or blue, try different I-step

If I helped, please magic buttons thx+rep yes yes yes under under under

Hi dasi

I was able to flash it last night using instructions from this https://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/showth...?t=1309987 thread. (After activating FA, do not read SVT, read ECU and save it as actual SVT. Then press edit and delete every ECU except HC2. Than calculate target SVT and TAL) I was flashing only with  swDeploy and cdDeploy option selected. All looks good now in SVT (see picture attached). Unfortunately ISTA throws some error messages (picture attached). Do you think this is because these units are faulty or shall I try to flash it again with blFlash option selected?

Thanks
