Ummm wait a minute. I installed my ISTA without de-DE. That can't be the issue, can it?

You ask for BLP and i answer that on the first page everything stands, because the BLP is needed. Only de-DE is optional. Please read carefully.

The files from the other sources(beemerboy88, spider80) are the same, only the ISTA app is patched slightly differently. The function is the same.

I already figured that out. I did install it with BLP. Then I tried with de-DE, but it made no difference. It still doesn't work. I don't know why. I'm going to try to install an older version to see if it works.

Anyone wanna help me remotely? I'll pay for your time.

Went back to 4.11.22 and now everything works. Test plan and service functions are not blank. So I installed this correctly. So why doesn't 4.19.xx work for me but works for you guys?

Usually it helps to reconnect to the internet because you get a new IP adress. After that you can proceed with download without any waiting until the limit is reached again.

Go to:
C:\EC-APPS\ISTA\wkhtmltopdf

Rename "wkhtmltopdf.exe" to "backupwkhtmltopdf.exe"

For me this works
