hi guys
I installed can clip v190
when it's going to connect..
suddenly appears a fault that I attached below..
can anyone tell me what is solution
I use a chinese clone RLT2002 can clip

Hi. Interesting error "peripheral disconnected check the tool connection" because there is no information on Google.
What version of Can Clip did you use before?

I used v170 then v174 after that I installed 
v189 that some times it connected some times not.
but now it doesn't work any. fail

Send the screenshot from device manager and with an error.
