It is possible to configure Monaco to work with VAS5054 in mvci mode with smr-d files. All you need to set correct setting in configurator.
First possibility to set any edic d pdu api from Odis , for example 1_20_37,1_20_34, etc.
Second to configure as J2534.
Works through usb and bluetooth.
Tested with GLC, med40 on different cars.

To use with old cars - CBFs configuration, do I need some interface there also ?

I try access  MED40 via smr-d in W212 facelift.
Access is OK and excute unlock.

Work is good!

@Joe2, unfortunately I don’t have configuration for cbf files only smr-d.
But for cbf you can use vediamo 4 with j2534 devices.

@myztic, vas5054 don’t have doip, original vas6154 have but it is very expensive tool. Better to rework sd connect or to buy ecom.
