Hi.

I have Audi C5 2.7BIturbo.
I swapped it to manual and now need to code the ecm to manual, but cant do it with vcds.
Is it possible to change auto to manual in flash/eeprom ormsth?

Hi,
According to Esitronic, there were different ECU's used for MT and AT:
0 261 206 378 - Manual Transmission (169 kW AJK)
0 261 206 380 - Automatic Transmission

So either you should look for another ECU, o should try to flash this ECU with MT firmware.
Eeprom modification will not be enough, because of different MAP's in the firmware.

I have also manual ecu, but the ecm soft is bad.. MAF dont work and so on..
I use this automatic transmission ecu, same MAF work, only problems is ABS lights in dash.
So im wondering if i get the coding right to get the abs lights off.

I changed the coding manually to manual, but not tryd yet, if it work or not.
