Hello Sedoy.


Since 3 months i have windows 11 on my laptop ,the last Ista version 4.33.20 worked perfectly since december 2021. Now i want to use Ista again it is asking for a license, i  have the last license code backed up but this one is not working anymore.. How is this possible? before with windows10 i never had this problem..

Can i get a new license please?
I think it is better to go back to windows 10, never had problems with the ista license with windows 10

Okay but why is this happening? this is a brand new laptop bought in10/2021 and was build for workii-ng with windows 11.. So dont understand what is changing every few weeks that ista needs a new license. 
But thank you Sedoy this new license is working again... I hope others on this forum can explain me or help me why this is happening and what i can do other then going to windows 10 again.

last week I wrecked my T430 and lost a lot of valuable stuff sweating.
Including EsysX and of course my lic for Ista.
Can I please request a new one for the attached key?
