I have a mk4 golf with edc15p+ kess v2 clone id fine read file fine but wont write new file showing unknowing ecu and error while transferring file

you can write this ecu with mpps or even with kkl cable and vag commander application for example if you already have file with correct cheksum

Won't let me write any file back car sitll starts and runs still let's me read file that's already on ecu but won't write any file haven't tried a different tool yet just seeing is there an easy fix

If you get the message "Warning, Unknown ECU. For a correct procedure you have to...." bla bla bla
Just ignore that and "Hit OK" when it askes Proceed anyway.

Kess ususaly does this Error with some Vag EDC15 Ecus.

I think you need special cable to write to this ecu, try changing the speed but I think you'll have to get this cable

I get the unknown ecu and proceed anyway but it gets to the load screen waits on 0% for 1-2 mins then fails and shows error while transfering data in writing it has done edc15 ecus before with no problem

AGR is edc15v, not edc15p+
