Double tapping helps when its in full screen, but i was wondering if its possible to resize when its not in full screen ?
1024x768 makes it way worst, basically any resolution i try and i tried all available dont work |

Tried them all and none work
1366x768 1360x768 1280x768 1280x720 1024x768 800x600 These are my options And yes laptop was restarted each time and ista was also restarted |

Your lap the resolution issue too low, not ISTA.
Try 1366x768 and scale at 100%, but it better, also hide the taskbar. |

Yeah thats the best one that works but still hides under taskbar
