Hi Sedoy. Forgive me but I need your help to understand sad
I asked for a license for my main laptop. You wrote that "Old request, don't need new license." What does it mean?.

I agree that I once asked you for a license for this laptop, but now, after installing the new ISTA version, I can not start. Requesting a code. I do not know why. I installed ISTA from the installer but previously cleaned the registry.  Did I do it wrong?
I cleared the registry due to several unsuccessful installation attempts. The files were downloaded badly, MD5 sum did not match.
I have another emergency laptop. I am afraid to install ISTA on it because it does not work on the main one at the moment. Can I ask you to activate the main one and then the backup one?
Please.
BTW: Some time ago asked you for a license for another new laptop but I don't use it. I sold it because it did not meet my expectations.

To sum up, I currently have only two  "old" laptops. I will be grateful for their activation.
Is the key of the main laptop, after its activation, it will start installing the ISTA on the backup one.

I can not make new license because your hardware hash not changed, problem is on your side. All tipps for this problem discussed several times, search in forum.
