Hahah wink This is about coding mapping on newest iLevels, not about navigation maps smile
So updates for program are lifetime?
I got BimmerUtility few weeks ago and it's been updated to the latest mapping already 2 times. 


Mapped to 4.34.40 and Lifetime mapping updates included so they promise.

The days of paying EsysX and Esys Plus etc for "mapping updates" seem to finally be over, thankfully.

The ability to read and clear ISTA equivalent faults in seconds is a really nice touch.

Does it say that mapping is updated to 4.34.4 in your BU settings? Mines shows 4.34.2. Or are you saying that you're currently running psdzdata 4.34.4?

I heard it already went down on users because of some backend problems which caused crash on users pcs?

Well yeah, its a "promise". They can lose their contact from where they get the caf data from at any time. In my opinion, thats only a selling argument. Especially when talking about Esys launchers and "external fdl editors" like the app you are mentioning.

Do they support coding 2 and coding 3 files? Any plans on supporting signing of those?

You were misinformed it seems.  I have been using it for 4 weeks, and it has never been down as in the App not working during this time, nor did it crash.  They did quit taking orders for some period of time before resuming again, but it was to fix an an issue where it wouldn't let users use it offline, not due to any stability issue.        

Too soon to say what happens with Secure Coding as it relates to any of these products.

So that must have been what i've heard then. maybe the guy i've talked to tried to use it offline and it failed on him.

I have used BU daily offline since release with no issues.

When I emailed the support and asked about Coding 2.0/ 3.0 they reported it’s actively in development.

I just purchased Bimmer Utility as well. Going to try it out this weekend. Still find a lot of things not fully mapped but seems good.
