What are you trying to accomplish? You can Virgin ISN or write ISN to CAS2 or EWS4

Thanks for your advice, I did flashing using Winkfp, still problem exist

If you flashed to stock and the checksum fault is random then it's probably hardware fault (maybe cracked soldering or failure of flash memory). Replace the unit.
