I bought E39 but i dont have any key.
How to make immo off, can someone explain me how to do make ews key?

You have to consider whether you want to make a new key or immo off, because these are two different things. To make a key in EWS you need a special programmer, when it comes to immo off it depends on the engine, for example for gasoline you have to modify the engine ECU, in diesel you need to use the immo emulator.
