Later I installed version 3.34.4X and also un-installed the .msi package of the firmware. The firmware of the ICOM stays the same. Now I only installed the .msi again without updating the firmware. This was the solution for my problem. It seems that ISTA also checks the location "C:\ProgramData\BMW". Thanks you all for your input, my problem is solved!
