What lines should be added in the file istafui.exe.config, to specify the path to the SQLiteDBs directory? This is needed because the SQLiteDBs is on a different drive.

I installed new 4.35.1x  .

After insert activation text its not possible to end ista correct ,see picture.So the activation is not saved and after new start ,ista asks again for activation, someone kow where the problem could be?    
Button to end the activation is greyed out

To push cancel button as in description, will affect license is still not active.
Installed now 3 times , can not solve it, ista system requirement are met with the tool
