You need to try to uninstall every Odis S/E, VAS devices and iDEX, then delete every Odis and iDEX folder into C:\ProgramData, then install all from a clean system.

hello , I solved by uninstall and then reinstalling all VAG software (Odis S and Engineer ,Idex)
it was a long process but it worked out great after all


For uninstall the VAG software I used a nice script ...
ODIS CleanUp Utility by XDH.Systems (rename .txt to .bat)

I solved with the attached Visual C Runtime files.
